Have you considered this? Duke Energy, just as the cold months were approaching, bumped your utility bill and heard your cries of affordability. Doesn't it make you mad to hear the "Sweater Ad?" Doesn't ring a bell? It's the one Duke airs on the radio suggesting that "if YOU want a lower energy bill, how bout you drop the thermostat down some, punk."
Yep, You're gonna have to keep your 2° cooler if you'd like to see 3% decrease in your bill!
